Shipped via the USPS, 3-5 business days anywhere within the USA except Ed-Infinitium and Stardust brands which may take up to 14-21 days via normal mail (upon request for other carrier).
Lu Lu's American Baby is shipped via UPS unless a request is made for USPS.
Canada, Hawaii and Alaska
Shipped via the USPS 7-10 business days to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. Please use zone rate for orders from Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.

All Other Countries
International, shipped via regular mail, 14-21 business days anywhere in the world. Please be aware that we do not ship overseas, to PO Boxes and to certain APO addresses for the following brands (as mentioned in product details):

Order Tracking
All orders shipped via DHL,UPS and FedEx you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. This service does not apply for normal shipment via USPS.
Please note: Kidz Oasis reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. Kidz Oasis is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
Incorrect or not complete ship to addresses will be charged for correction and re-pick-up, reship if necessary, usually USD10.

If placing an order for more than one sling, please contact us for shipping estimates.
A shipping surcharge will be applied to certain items that exceed standard size and weight measurements (if an item has an extra shipping surcharge you will be notified by email withing 24 hours).
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT POLICIES
For all Canada, Hawaii and Alaska shipments, Kidz Oasis will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you.
No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Kidz Oasis will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Kidz Oasis will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
Customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of herbal and/or homeopathic products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. Because of increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to Germany.
GIFT WRAP
We want your gifts to look perfect. For that special touch we will gladly hand wrap all your gifts for the charge of $1.75 per gift. If a special gifts is unable to be gift wrapped there will be no option upon checkout for this service.
RETURN POLICY
If the goods are unsuitable or faulty please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the goods. Returns are acceptable under the following conditions:
~ The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags. If the packaging has been damaged then we may reclaim the cost of the packaging.
~ It has not been personalised in any way by our manufacturers.
~ All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.
~ A Return Authorisation has been provided from Kidz Oasis.
A Return Authorisation can be found by emailing customerservice@kidzoasis.com. You will receive an email with an address to where you need to return the product.

Lu Lu's American Baby
There is a "No Return" policy for our Lu Lu's American Baby brand. If you have not used natural products before, we recommend ordering one item to try the first time.
Ritzy Tots
There is a "No Return" policy for our Ritzy Tots brand. This is because each item are made to order.
Pretty Momma Sling
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your sling, please send the un-blemished and un-washed sling back to us within 14 days, and we will refund you the purchase price, less the shipping cost. Please allow 14 days for your refund check to be mailed.
If you would like to exchange your sling, you may send your un-blemished and un-washed sling back to us within 14 days. You will be responsible for the shipment cost of your new sling. We reserve the right to reject (or only partially credit) your request for an exchange based on the condition of your sling. If your sling is rejected, it will be mailed back to you at your expense.
Please take note:
* If you are expecting (or in the process of adopting) a baby at the time of purchase, the return / exchange policy stated above will start after the arrival of your baby. Use the comments box during checkout to tell us your due/arrival date, so that we may extend this policy to you.
* If you wish to cancel your order before it has left our facility, please allow 14 days before your refund check will be mailed to you. You will be refunded the full price paid (including shipping).
Ed-Infinitium (UK) Ltd
There is a "No Return" policy for our Ed-Infinitium (UK) Ltd brand unless it is in a resell able condition.
Native Remedies "Money Back Guarantee"
For our health brand (Native Remedies) we offer a one year unconditional money back guarantee*. Simply try our products for at least 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - return the product to us within 1 year for a complete refund less shipping fees.

If you paid by credit card, we will issue your refund to that card within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of your goods. If you paid by check, we will mail you a refund check within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of your goods.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS
We will accept orders for Christmas up to 10 December. Use the comments box during checkout to tell us that a specific order is for Christmas, to ensure you receive your gifts before Christmas.
Please contact us for special resons that you may require or for any inquiries.
TAX CHARGES
If sales tax is required to be charged to your order then you will be notified by email. Other wise there is no sales tax. All our prices include VAT where it is applicable.
BACK ORDERS
It is very rare that we run out of stock. However, if there is an item out of stock we will send you the rest of the goods and the remaining items will follow within a couple of weeks.
Please note that payment will be taken at the time of the order as for your security we use AlertPay(TM) and PayPal(TM) (your choice of payment method) to process our payments and they do not offer facilities for back order payments to be taken at a later date.
